I like how easy it is to use and get up and running with, I can't think of anything bad at this point. There are some features missing that you'd expect from more expensive systems (like RFID), but their support team has been very helpful in getting those added. The interface is modern and intuitive, which makes it easier for customers to understand what's going on than other systems I've used in the past. And their customer service is top-notch. We've had problems with data storage and syncing, but they were quick to respond and fix the issue. They also have some additional features we haven't yet implemented that will make our jobs much easier as well. Tracking inventory and equipment, and making sure everything gets where it needs to go when we need it.
