Not Worth the Time and Money
Based on our own experience, we found these Halloween Hanging Ornaments Cutouts Supplies to be a disappointment. While the design was cute, the materials used were of poor quality and caused the paint to chip easily. As hesitant buyers, we were disappointed in the overall result of our Arts and Crafts project. The only pro was the affordable price, but the cons outweigh that benefit. We wouldn't recommend this product for any serious hobbyist in the Woodcrafts category.
