Those little lights were hard to figure out how to turn on. They don't come with instructions. Here's how you do it. Remove the tiny clear plastic ring that sits in the center of each light. This is no longer needed. Then unscrew the top half from the bottom half and you will see a small white paper disc covering the small disc battery. Remove this small piece of paper and then screw the device back into place. When you turn it all the way down, the light comes on. To turn off the light, simply unscrew it a little, but not so far that the top half separates from the bottom. I hope this helps you all because I've had a heck of a lot of time to figure them out.
