Will not read but write or recognize DVD-R/RW as advertised. Juanery doesn't seem to exist outside of Revain. No info on troubleshooting, updating firmware, etc. I won't be surprised if it doesn't work at all after the next Windows update. Don't waste money on this product. Go to a reputable company.
