This is a wonderful product.
This is a standard infrared motion detector designed for wired alarm systems. It works well. It has some sensitivity, distance, detection angle and pet immunity settings. I use this to provide inputs to my home automation system. What I noticed is that the sensor's output is "chatty," which means the output turns on and off with an indicator light as people walk around. It has no delay to stay on for a few seconds after traffic stops. Maybe they all work that way. This is a wonderful product.
