My daughter uses this with her Cressi 'swim mask' every day in the pool and it has opened up a whole new underwater world for her which in turn has made her a MUCH stronger swimmer. It really helps her to push herself down to find things that she has struggled with on her own. She saw another child with her and wanted the couple to swim like a mermaid.
