Big enough to sanitize all soft objects

I used to use UV phone sanitizer but it was too small to use for many other things I like would disinfect. Even my house key with key ring was too thick, so I decided to try this Philips box. BENEFITS: - Laboratory results state that Philips UV lamps reduce infectivity of the SARS-CoV-2 virus - Large size accommodates larger items or multiple smaller items - Clear, easy-to-use buttons - Countdown clock shows how much Time left until disinfection cycle - Turns off light when lid is opened CONS: - No cancel button. It's about the size of a small electric rice cooker. It's big enough to hold things like Kindles, paperbacks, wallets, earphones, smartphones, keys, etc. It's not just a phone sanitizer, so you can also sanitize things like baby bottles, pacifiers, mouthguards, and holders. It has a drying function, so you can also use it to dry things, which would be useful for drying things quickly so that mold doesn't grow on them. I don't expect to use this feature myself, but it's nice to have. I would have liked the cancel button though, so if I had to put my phone in there and use it before the cycle was complete, I could safely cancel and use my phone. I think opening the lid will eventually do the same, but a separate button would give me a better feel than just breaking it by forcing the lid open.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
