Packed version with gasket, according to some people in better condition although the reel is the same. It only had 4 rubber blocks so I didn't think it was worth it other than not wanting to risk a bad product. It was super sticky. attached my push bars to the frame like it was standard butyl rubber. I bought the thickest one and folded it in half and there wasn't much left. used it instead of rubber washers on the taillights, as well as the original gasket. a little left. I will order a reel next time and save money and definitely pay attention if the quality is the same even if it is the same as some people say as if the reel has not been cared for.
