Very nice jug, especially for the price. The only complaint I have is that the grip is not polished on the inside, there is a rough stitching on the inside that is very uncomfortable to the touch. It's also quite flimsy for such a large pitcher, but it's well-balanced to pour and distributes the weight well. The lid doesn't fit snugly, but it has a small gasket that holds it in place fairly well. The lid has adjustable pouring holes for filtering or free pouring depending on what you're serving. It goes great with hot or cold drinks and won't crack or break when hot liquids are added. Even with SMALL hands I can't put my hand on my neck to clean it but it comes with a cleaning sponge that works really well.
