This faucet physically looks great in my kitchen but doesn't work well. The hot water selection flows at a smaller flow rate than the cold water. I had to get a plumber to come out to make sure the problem was not my pipeline, he even changed the control valve that turns the water off under the sink which cost $200 but really didn't resolve the issue completely. The flow rate only increased slightly compared the rate from the old faucet. I emailed Soosi(Grace) regarding this, received several responses but was ultimately told it wasn't the faucet but the location of hot water heater and sent a video in Chinese which I don't speak. I don't recommend this faucet to anyone, it's a piece of junk from China.AddendumI still stand by my previous review but I must say the company did eventually replace the faucet with a new one which works fine
