I had 4 cars when I bought this. Two didn't work, Jag XJ8 02 and Toyota Matrix 04. Not exactly surprised by Jag but shocked by Toyota. It had capabilities, but I just couldn't get it to work properly. Firstly, he didn't read the VIN on any of the cars and when I manually entered the VIN for the Jaguar he kept calling it Land Rover X300. (When I manually entered it into Toyota, there was some of the correct information). He also gave me different code numbers than my other 2 scanners. However, the device was easy to connect and use and worked great on the Tahoe. Here's a real kicker. When I decided to return it, I couldn't delete any personal data from the X431 app. Nothing and I watched each screen three times. However, since the app came loaded on the tablet from the factory, I went into the Android settings and said to factory reset. Sounds easy. It lasted about 2 or 3 minutes, not too bad except that when he got back to the main screen the X431 app was GONE. Launch Factory did not protect their app from being deleted on their own computer! It is wonderful! It's a shame, because according to the spec, it should have been stunning. I really wanted this to work.
