Delivered to me broken

I saw this brush cause of its price and rating but I regret it now. As you see the locking latch for the height adjustment came broken. I knew something was broke as soon as I lifted up package and heard a loose piece bouncing around the box. The rock pastiche feels extremely flimsy and light so not surprised it broke there. Will be returning don’t bother with this flimsy brush

Assembly was easy and it seemed wonderful the 1st time we used it. However, the second use… the extender won’t snap in place. Now I have a fabulous SHORT brush that barely reaches the top of the door. I do not recommend this ice scraper.
