This adapter is very easy to use - covers most of the countries in the world. Two reasons it didn't get a 5 star rating: When it arrived, different types of adapters were mixed up with their sockets. It took me a few minutes to reattach them to make sure I had them all. Also, there were 2 marked N-types - which I was pretty sure was a C-type for Europe. The positive side of this is that I approached Ceptics with photos before traveling to Israel and Turkey (it was the one I just got back from that trip and it turns out I got that on end but not needed. Speech ). put in my kit. I just used Sharpie to identify it. By the way, two of us only used the adapter for our phones. We could use it for a tablet or other electronics (like a hair dryer), but it turned out to be optional. Overall I would say this is a good product and customer service.
