I've had this call for 4 to 5 months now. It is used in take-away catering and does its job quite well. It's loud enough. Although I understand that for two reasons. 1. The remote sensor battery life is terrible. I assumed other reviewers were using this thing in an unusual way, but the same thing happened to me. I bought 5 batteries which should last a while. I've owned it for about 4.5 months at the time of writing this review and I'm on my third battery, which I recently replaced. Thus, when I used it, it was draining the batteries at a rate of 1 battery in two months. The door opens and closes over 100 times a day on average, so maybe I'm actually a more active user than I thought. 2. Dialing a call is a pain in the ass. You have to scroll through about 50 sounds to come back to the ones you liked or missed. Fortunately, this is a set-and-forget type of setup. I haven't currently attempted and don't intend to add other calls, so I have nothing to add on that end. Would buy again.
