Useless Elastic Accessory for Trucks

As a result of my tests I determined that this Automotive Elastic Passport accessory is utterly useless. It doesn't provide any practical use and will only take up space in your truck bed or tailgate.The elastic material is cheap and flimsy and won't hold anything securely..
