This item is CUTE! I don't know how good the harness is, but
This is definitely Instagrammable cuteness for your pup, but only if he's already well-behaved on walks. This is not the best harness in the world and it may not fit snugly enough or be uncomfortable for your pup if it is tight. Not recommended for everyday use, but a short walk to the park for a well-behaved pup is fine. Also, if you get her to carry her own treats, remember that she may be more interested in what's in the bag than anything else, especially if they're particularly smelly.
