Review on STRUCTURE by Sean Powers

The features are very well thought out, especially for an older program. I have used it since version 1.0 (or earlier). It was easy enough back then but now we use so many more advanced tools that were not available even 10 years ago! We can do pretty much anything in this software - from basic bookkeeping to complex submittals and change orders/contracts management. There's nothing about Structure that I dislike except getting new users up to speed. You will need some training if you haven't worked with other programs before or don't know how to navigate around your way through all the bells and whistles. If you're looking for something simple but powerful, structure does what its suppose to do without trying too hard. Tracking invoices and payments, estimating jobs, tracking hours spent per job, etc.
