STRUCTURE Review

The features are very well thought out, especially for an older program. I have used it since version 1.0 (or earlier). It was easy enough back then but now we use so many more advanced tools that were not available even 10 years ago! We can do pretty much anything in this software - from basic bookkeeping to complex submittals and change orders/contracts management. The best thing I like about Structure is its ability to track projects, invoices, job costings etc. It's easy for my client to input their info into structure since it has an interface similar to QuickBooks. Sometimes they get confused when trying to add new items in the billing section (I would recommend using this software if you're going to be doing multiple jobs at once). Also sometimes things can't be found because it hasn't been used before and I have no way to look up certain item codes…
