Review on STRUCTURE by Kevin Zamora

The best thing I like about Structure is its ability to track projects, invoices, job costings etc. It's easy for my client to input their info into structure since it has an interface similar to QuickBooks. Sometimes they get confused when trying to add new items in the billing section (I would recommend using this software if you're going to be doing multiple jobs at once). Also sometimes things can't be found because it hasn't been used before and I have no way to look up certain item codes or descriptions. I use Structure mainly to keep all our accounts on one platform. This makes it much easier for any clients who come through our office since we only require them to give us general information over phone calls/texts instead of having to send documents back and forth between different platforms.
