Works great - easy setup However, I had a problem about a month later when CenturyLink turned off my internet and said I mean don't pay the bill. Since I pay automatically, it was pointless. CenturyLink Payments Customer Service was clueless, but Tech Support found out. The modem still had previous owner information listed. They helped me enter the correct identification (a gibberish code only they would know) - problem solved! If you buy a modem from someone other than CenturyLink, even if the modem looks brand new like mine, you may have a problem. To avoid this, contact CenturyLink Technical Support during the modem setup and make sure the modem is assigned to you!
