My son's Jeep has light switches but they were removed when we bought them. I found some cheaper passenger side switches (driver side and passenger side are differential switches) and the original switch only lasted a very short time, maybe a year. I found them and rolled the dice. I mean, if I call it a piston, it's too long for a jeep, but a cut-off wheel works wonders. I cut the piston almost flush with the rubber molding and installed it with a #6 x 1/2 screw and viola. the lights work. While not intended to be used, they appear to work and are of much higher quality than what I have purchased from another company.
