Review on ACDelco GM OE 15-73666 Temperature Mode Valve Actuator Assembly by Kelly Noonan

I ordered this actuator for my 2011 GMC Acadia (no AC). A different one is required for vehicles with automatic climate control. Airflow is no longer adjustable from floor to dash to dash and everything in between. The hardest part was pulling out the old part and putting in the new one. The layout of the parts I took from the dealer (there are 3 actuators that are in close proximity to each other). I had to remove the glove box and get some access to the drive under the attachment. I used a 1/4" socket with a #20 torque socket and small ratchet to slowly loosen the screws (3). It can be done with small hands and patience. Installation took about 40 minutes. The dealer made me the same offer. Part for $85 and the labor is estimated at around $150. The new drive works great and I saved a lot of money. I am very happy with my decision to purchase this drive.
