They were very easy to use and worked great! You need to spray enough oil so they don't stick. The poached eggs came out perfect and I like the uniform shape. Don't use a pot/pan that is too small if you cover it with a lid, otherwise more water will get into the egg pan. I boil the water, then pour it into the egg molds, cover with a lid, and then reduce the heat so the water doesn't boil too much. If the water boils too much, you can pour some water into the egg molds. I cook them for 5 minutes and get perfect poached eggs with runny yolks.
