Zero packaging in a big box - Outrageous!
Came in a large box with no packaging - zero! Just an expensive 10-inch glass-topped frying pan dangling in a large box that would fit several frying pans. Looks like someone just took it off the shelf and threw it in the box. Damage to the outside of the pan from this unforgivable packaging and total disrespect for the customer!
