Great tripod phone holder!
I have nothing wrong with this product. It holds my phone very securely on the tripod. I don't have to worry about picking up the tripod to move to a different location or aim at a different target. I didn't use the remote control so I can't comment on that. Others say it works fine, but you'll have to figure out how to use it yourself as there are no instructions (which is true, there are no instructions, but I don't think they're needed). If I ever lose this one, I'm glad Revain keeps my purchases so I know where to go back and buy another one!
