A good thermal mug, similar in characteristics to a typical thermal mug. It has a nice/decent design with good thermal performance. For a 20 ounce mug with a simple plastic lid, it maintains thermal integrity for a reasonable amount of time. The walls of the cup are usually thin. Thus, the ambient temperature will greatly affect the timing of heat/cold storage. The cup is tall, which reduces its stability. Thanks to the relatively small diameter of the cylindrical shape, it is easy to hold in one hand. However, it is easy to tip over. I also think that the higher side presents more surface area for the liquid to dissipate temperature faster. In any case, for a 20-ounce container, I think the drink will be used up relatively quickly. That's at least the case with me. So my concerns about how long the drink stays hot/cold are probably moot. I appreciate and love the metal straw. The cleaning brush is essential to keep the reusable straw clean. Both are welcome additions to a travel mug. Increases the rating of the entire set of goods. In general, the product corresponds to the description. This is a reliable, worthy product. It looks the same as in the photos. Based on these considerations, the thermal mug receives a rating of 4.0-4.25 stars.
