My old stays were so loose that they would slowly close the sunroof if you didn't hold it. I ordered these, they were delivered quickly and I changed them in about 5 minutes. My working advice is to put a ladder under the hatch to hold it up while you work (you'll still have to raise it up a bit when fitting new ones). Screwdriver, I tapped the posts with a small hammer to remove them from the top. When installing new ones, you don't need to do anything with the clips, just line up the socket with the ball and press into place.
