I love that the program has a lot of flexibility in terms of how to use it. It's easy for me to set up a service, and then also to customize my own services. The drag and drop interface makes it very easy to add songs or other items to services. There are lots of templates, and you can easily modify them to fit your needs. Sometimes there are issues when adding new items. For example, if you add a song to the "Playlist" tab, but then try to use that playlist in another area (such as a bulletin board), it won't work. But this isn't really a big deal. If I'm having an issue, I just go back into the main menu and delete the song from where I tried to use it. This software allows me to create and maintain a library.
