I love that the program has a lot of flexibility in terms of how to use it. It's easy for me to set up a service, and then also to customize my own services. The drag and drop interface makes it very easy to add songs or other items to services. There are lots of templates, and you can easily modify them to fit your needs. I really like the ease of use. It's so easy to put together a song list! The layout is great, and it's easy to find what you're looking for. Sometimes it takes me longer than I'd like to get to certain sections of the app. But that's because I'm not familiar with how everything works, so I have to take time to figure it out. I like that it has easy navigation options (the search bar at top center), so if someone else in my church doesn't know how something works or where they're going/coming from then we can still use this site together as an organiser! It's not great when there isn've been any updates since 2015 - which makes me wonder what happened?!? There used be tabs along side each page listing various services etc., but these have gone missing too now :( But other than those things nothing really stands out…

I love that it has all of my songs from all over the world in one place! I don't have to look everywhere else! It's also free so all we're giving up is our time by using this site more than other sites/apps out there. Sometimes it can be glitchy but usually not too bad if I'm just doing research before an upcoming event. This program keeps me organized and makes planning events easy once everything is set up!! I love that it's user friendly! It can be used as an app or computer software too (I use both). I like that it's easy enough in use without too much technical knowledge (or even any at all). It makes everything very accessible! The only thing i dislike really has nothing specificly wrong so far as my experience using them; but they do have an awful lot of features which some may not find useful/useful sometimes or never used again after first time throughtout their life-span - this doesn't bother me though because these things can be changed easily if needed later when one needs something
