Review on ๐Ÿงฝ Efficient Cleaning with the Oreck Commercial Orbiter Diameter ORB550MC Janitorial & Sanitation Supplies by Mikey Jackson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This reduced our problem to zero... and works with most brands of fenders.

We have an Armstrong VCT tile floor in our home office and the floor underneath the two swivel chairs is peeling and yellowing. We tried scraping it off and then used steel wool but it wouldn't come off. I'm not sure what caused the problem, but it was pretty unsightly on the white tiles or our patterned black and white floor. I bought a couple of these as they are only about $4 each plus a gallon of wax from a restaurant supply store (where we also buy floor wax as four rooms and a hallway are tiled) and we were ready to attack. Problem with our Oreck buffer. They will work with almost any buffer that has a wheel about 12 inches in diameter as the pad is not attached to the buffer...it goes between the scrub brush wheel and the floor but needs to be centered to prevent the Buffer comes in. from tumbling. The pad also included a center stamp so it was a complete pad and really helped clean the floor better. He took the stripper right out of the bottle, had her work a lot on extensions and did a lot of buffing, but the problem went away and we ordered some black office chair pads to make sure this doesn't happen again. This pad made the process pretty easy and manual cleaning would probably take days. It was well worth the price and if you wax your bottoms you'll probably have to remove them sooner or later so make things easier on yourself with a pad like this as it's not just for Oreck fenders. If you use it to clean the floor, it should be rinsed and mopped frequently for best results, but don't use it on a dry floor, otherwise it won't last long.

Pros
  • Use wax remover to remove floor coverings
Cons
  • Small parts
