Dust will no doubt get in and with one swipe (wipe) fills a rag and needs to be cleaned before trying again. Not easy. Dust doesn't clump like my old rags. The other rags I still use I can just shake out the window or bang on the ledge outside and I'm ready to go and be able to use and reuse my other rags for months before they need a wash. These fibers cling to dust and continue your dust cleaning project without spreading dust on or onto surfaces. The fiber must be removed from the handle and put in the washing machine - then dry first. Cons: It's very stiff and will easily move your hanging frames out of clutter, requiring them to be realigned and moving/pushing light objects out of position. I recommend this for cleaning ceiling fan blades.
