Wacky Chrysler (they struggle to get even the simplest things right) makes a genuine fender that I was willing to buy at an unbeatable price for my city and country, but it's not coming wide enough to provide some sort of protection (at least from the front - Mopar's rear fenders appear to be a regular length). So I bought them for 1/3 the price of Mopar, they are good and comfortable. conform to the body and offer excellent protection. I just put 1 extra screw in the case and used one of the existing screws for a total of 2. Seems to be holding up well. I did this because Chrysler engineers put rust on their cars! Especially the rust on the fenders. I even caulked the bolt hole I made in hopes of staving off the relentless rusting on the fender/hull. Fewer holes, less chance of water getting in.
