About 10% broke after I received them.
They were about 15 feet or so outside my bedroom and I could hear the popping. I went out and saw that one of them had a big tear. A few more cracked over the next few nights. I even heard a crack after Christmas and it was patched with a mod that I think will seal and protect. Very strange and actually loud when you hear them crackling.
