I received the lock but couldn't get it to work despite following the instructions carefully. I immediately contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a replacement so I would receive it in a few days while on vacation. The new one came on time and works great. I was able to use it to protect my van and backpack while on vacation. I highly recommend the lock, but even more I recommend honest sellers who strive to provide excellent customer service!
