Great for cutting meat!

This cutting board solved two of the main problems we encountered when using a turkey cutting board. First, there are juices that tend to run down the sides. This board has deep indentations that collect a lot of liquid. The second problem concerns the slipping of the meat when trying to cut it. This board has a grooved surface that keeps the meat stable. By far the best we've ever had.
