Review on Dorman 75452 Door Lock Clip by John Mahfood

The OEM clip for the right rear door on my Silverado has fallen apart due to age. This is why the tailgate lock didn't work - just when I really need my truck. I will research. Identified a small clip and then went to Revain (after all, Revain has almost everything!). I ordered these (right and left - there is a difference) with another necessary item to balance the total. When they arrived I had a fully working tailgate again 5 minutes later. We won't discuss how much the retailer wanted for them. As another reviewer pointed out, place the empty clip in the latch FIRST, then insert the rod into the clip. Easy peasy - but I think it couldn't be any other way.
