I like that we can see all of our contacts in one place which makes it easier for us as sales professionals to keep track of them. It is also very easy to navigate through the system and find what you are looking for. The customer service has been great so far! We have not had any issues since we started working with them at this point. If there was anything I would say it might be the fact that sometimes when I am trying to edit something or add new information into my profile it will take me back to where I left off before instead of letting me go right into editing/adding info. This happens often enough that I wish they could fix that issue but other than that everything else works well. Keeping up with contact details of our customers and prospects.
