It does what it's supposed to. Wouldn't mind if the seat belt part was a bit longer, but who knows? In my situation that would be nice. But how is your situation? Uh, who knows. That's why I give this product five stars. This is a rubber cap for a metal pipe, maybe the best I've ever bought on Amazon. All my other covers fell off on day one. They were inferior pieces of rubber that didn't stand up to the rigorous testing I put them through. I stuck them in the end of a square tube and knew from the start they didn't have the technology to stay there. But this one? Like a cork. That's great. I can tell you when I'm not using my trailer for stuff I'll seal it well to keep stuff out and keep it looking tidy as the lid is already loose in it. However, this hat still looks good. You can stick a reflector on the cap to make it more useful. Boom. Please. Now I'm looking for a reflector on Amazon.
