(You get 560 Mbps limited to the SATA bus). So don't confuse them all. The person who created the product label here was not an IT expert. It IS a Drvie Type B NGFF SATA SSD port. When you get a Type B drive, it works just like any other SSD you buy. Also in your bios. Everything is just slimmer. (You get a SATA bus capped speed of 560Mbps.)
