
There are 3 main types of non-volatile memory (stick disks). mSATA connector type. It's just a SATA SSD without an enclosure. (You get 560Mbps limited to SATA bus) Connector type M NVMe M.2 storage. This requires a special connector on the motherboard. (They reach speeds of over 3400 Mbit/s thanks to the ultra-fast Non-Volitile Memory Express connection). Connect NGFF Type B Sata SSD drives. It's essentially a long, skinny SATA drive that looks like NVME but isn't. Its NGFF (Next Generation Form Factor) SATA drives are designed to save space in laptops. (You get 560 Mbps limited to the SATA bus). So don't confuse them all. The person who created the product label here was not an IT expert. It IS a Drvie Type B NGFF SATA SSD port. When you get a Type B drive, it works just like any other SSD you buy. Also in your bios. Everything is just slimmer. (You get a SATA bus capped speed of 560Mbps.)
