I was just lucky I loved this product before I got it. That's a great idea. I hope that it will be reliable in the long run. It's not cheap. $249 for size XL. I ordered it. 30 minutes ago I installed and connected the software, it was recognized and appeared immediately, only one problem. As you can see in the attached image, the 8 buttons (two columns) on the right side are bad, they have random vertical lines of different colors that are permanent. These decks are made in Taiwan and it's definitely a quality issue. It was very easy for me to order a replacement from Amazon in a few clicks, which should have arrived in about a day. no problem. Just disappointed with the build quality of the product. It should have a long warranty from Corsair, otherwise many customers will have problems in the long run. I see your support team responding quickly here, I hope they see this to resolve quality issues within the company. I wouldn't be happy if things go badly after a year or two, it's expensive. Update: The replacement was fine for a month, then the buttons stopped responding. The LCD works, but nothing happens when you press it. Lots of email exchanges with Elgato support and still awaiting resolution. Very poor quality and corresponding support.
