I have been using this for a few days and I am happy to say that it actually works. I waited for the weather to get warm to start using it because that is when I start chafing between my thighs. I wore it to work because I work outside and it held up to hot, humid 90 degree weather. The only complaint that I have is that the scent is a little like medicine which is off putting but since I'm outside it doesn't matter. I am happy to not get chug rub anymore
