What did I pay for? The product is a complete failure.

The company's service is top to bottom. I submitted an application with these issues, and they told me that they couldn't help me because the specified deficiencies (3 hours of screen operation at 4500 mah) are typical for a phone costing $50,000. I was utterly let down by Samsung since, in addition to releasing a subpar product, they also refused to acknowledge doing so. The largest technology corporation is only able to reset the settings as the service's utmost capability.

Pros

Good camera, great screen, and design

Cons

The phone cannot be used because it constantly overheats; its screen only lasts 3–4 hours; and even when it is charging, it warms up. Just the menu can be viewed at 120 Hz; after 15 minutes of use, the screen becomes boring and switches back to 60 Hz.
