Torn About This Pot Set

I really wanted to love this pot set but there were a few things that caught my eye. The first and most obvious was that the two pieces I've used so far were scratched. There's a chance I just got a bad set, but that disappointed me. The pans are thin so they heat up quickly which can be a good thing, but you also need to keep a closer eye on them so you don't lose all the sauce lol. They're also very light, which comes down to personal preference, but I prefer my pans to have some weight. I like that the ends of the handles don't get very hot, you can hold them while cooking, and that's probably the highest quality part of the pot. The handles on top get hot so be careful with them. Overall I like the variety of pots and this is a nice set if you don't have scratches. I like the matte finish so it doesn't leave fingerprints. They don't seem very durable to me, but I guess time will tell.

Pros
  • Clear Lids: The clear glass lids that come with this copper pot and pan set allow you to control the cooking process while preserving the flavor.
Cons
  • Hard to say
