IDG Capital is a prominent investment firm specializing in the development of exceptional businesses via their expertise. The first thing to notice is that IDG was the first company in China to bring in international venture money. They use a variety of tools to assist their portfolio firms in achieving long-term success, including branding, marketing, channel development, foreign expansion, financials, human resources, and finally management. They provide seed, venture, and growth-stage finance based on the significant expertise and knowledge of what entrepreneurial organizations require at each level of development. By the year 1999 the company has been restructured to become the first venture capital partnership in China! They have offices in almost 12 cities considered as the strongest markets.
