I like that it's easy to use, has good customer support if needed but also great in depth training materials are available online for free! The only dislike would be the price tag.

If you're looking at this product as an option then do your research on cloud-based solutions such as Google Drive or Dropbox because they have similar features with much more reasonable prices than what docuynm offers currently. We've been able to automate our internal processes using documents stored within the system allowing us work from home without having physical access to office files while still being held accountable of all tasks assigned by my manager.
