I ordered a 10ft x 14ft rug and to my great surprise it was delivered rolled and not rolled! I came back later and read the reviews on the carpet and one person said they never completely ironed out the creases. When I saw the small size of the package the rug was folded into (about 5ft by 4ft) I knew I was going to be in trouble. I didn't even open the package. I arranged for the rug to be picked up by UPS (the company that delivered it) the next business day. It does NOT provide a large area carpet! If you're buying a 10' x 14' rug, don't buy it online! (Don't be naive like me!) I don't know who folded the rug (Revain or UPS) but it was a VERY bad idea! My tip: Always read the reviews before you buy.
