Engie is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed specifically for small businesses.

We started using Engie in June 2018. Initially, we used them to automate service reminders and other actions (i.e., schedule a technician visit). Since then, we've used them to manage warranty extensions and collect vehicle performance information to help us prioritize repairs and schedule maintenance services. Engie has been responsive and helpful when we had questions about how to best use the tools they offer. Their techs have been especially helpful, answering any question we've had immediately. Overall, Engie's platform has been reliable and easy to navigate. We'd definitely recommend using them if you're looking for a reliable software tool to help you organize and improve your business.

Pros
  • The platform makes it easier to access key metrics that you can use to make better decisions.
  • Engie's tech support team is very knowledgeable and responds quickly to any question or problem you may have.
  • You don't need to be a programmer to use it.
Cons
  • Sometimes the flow gets complicated because you have to click through several steps to create an action.
  • For example, when we want to export our work order to another system, I wish there was a direct link between those two systems so we didn't have to go through two steps to export.
