Cudy has an excellent website that hosts software drivers that are readily available for each of their wireless peripherals based on model number. This is a plus as many overseas manufacturers lack consumer support. I have purchased several of these Cudy WU1400 units and two of them have failed within 6-12 months. Before that I had my own brand, which also failed (because of the noticeably high heat dissipation on the USB chipset), which is why I decided on Cudy. The Cudy models didn't get that hot so I don't understand why they fail over time. I would try to check warranty options with them, but due to uptime requirements, it's quicker for me to buy a different brand replacement while waiting for Cudy to process the warranty. Another thing is that Cudy needs separate Realtek UI software to find network SSIDs, which quite often clashes with Windows 10's built-in wireless network finder (has something to do with Windows NOT automatically connecting manufactures).
