They were very easy to use. I used all 20 to hang my closet organizer. I had to do everything by hand because the drill press I had wasn't powerful enough and I was too stingy to buy a proper drill press. It's probably for the better this way because you shouldn't over-tighten it. The screws just went into the wall. It wasn't hard for me to do it manually. The head of the screw will definitely not be flush with the wall. They stick out a bit, but I still cover them with something, so it didn't really bother me. The click of the anchor is clearly audible. This anchor made my project easier.
