Ok someone else posted the difference between this and what is sold in AutoZone. I was there today for something else and checked it out. Model AZ is larger and requires a 1/2" socket wrench and an extension. As tight as it was, it would make it almost impossible. Napa has the same outlet but twice the price. I would say that using a 27mm hex head can be helpful but you will be paying for that extra hassle and time. It holds the oil sensor so you can remove and reinstall it. I would highly recommend it for the job! On the Chevy Silverado and Suburban you will need to get to the air intake next to the firewall. To do this you will need to climb onto the engine. There are many videos on YouTube showing how to do this job. Expect scraped knuckles and a few swear words from your mouth while you get the job done On the other hand, the store will charge you $500 for it, so it's worth doing it yourself. One of the hardest parts was removing the clip from the cable connector, i so I could remove it from the sensor. Then realign to secure. It took me a few minutes to receive this part.
